Boon is a Los Angeles-based small batch chili oil created by Chef Max Boonthanakit. Inspired by his love for traditional Chinese chili crisps and further fueled by his addiction to spice; Boon is a reflection of Boonthanakit's Chinese and Thai upbringing.
