Boon Miso Garlic Noodles
When you’re having a lazy day or just looking for a yummy comfort meal, these Boon miso noodles are the move! They are super quick and packed with the best combination of flavors.
What You’ll Need:
3 servings your choice of noodles
5 cloves of garlic, minced
4 oz. shiitake mushrooms
1 white onion, chopped
1 egg yolk
Sesame seeds to taste
Green onions to taste
For the sauce:
2 tbsp Boon Sauce
2 tbsp Japanese mayo
2 tbsp miso paste
3 tbsp water
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp light soy sauce
First, mix all the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and set aside. Next, boil some water and cook your noodles. While that’s cooking, heat up a wok or a large pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and mushrooms.
Once the mushrooms are browned, add in the sauce and stir until it’s heated through and starts to thicken. Add your noodles as the final step and mix well. Plate your noodles and top with the egg yolk, sesame seeds, green onions, and more Boon Sauce. Serve while hot and enjoy!
